Trent Mace
NASM- CPT, ACE Health Coach
Owner and creator of Endure and Become Human Performance, Trent is a national-level powerlifter with an extensive background in strength training, coaching, and mindset transformation. Born in the heart of Mardi Gras in Mobile, Alabama, Trent has worked with clients of all ages and experience levels.
His coaching experience includes strength and conditioning work with multiple Alabama high school teams, including St. Paul’s Episcopal School, Beauregard High School, and Lee-Scott Academy. In 2024, Trent earned the title of Alabama’s Strongest at the Collegiate Nationals in Atlanta. In addition to competitive athletics, he also owns and operates a home health personal training service, working closely with elderly clients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life.
With a blend of high-level performance experience and hands-on coaching across diverse populations, Trent brings not only expert knowledge, but the interpersonal skills needed to help you become your version of stronger.

That’s why our clients are required to submit videos of their primary workouts, along with reflection videos outlining what they’ve learned throughout the day or week. This allows us to break down technique, correct inefficiencies, reduce injury risk, and hold you accountable to the standard you’ve committed to.
